Patients can be seen by appointment, walk in , drop off or on an emergency basis.  Critically ill patients are given the highest priority and will be seen before appointments or walk-ins.  We apologize for any delays this may present to you but patient care will always take priority.  Clients that take time to call ahead to schedule an appointment will be given next highest priority.   Although we see walk-ins, we most definitely prefer for clients to make appointments.  We have found this to be the most efficient way to save time for clients and to prevent long wait times.  However, in the event your pet is ill, we do not expect for you to wait until tomorrow for service.  Please walk in and  the first available doctor will work you into their schedule to provide your family member the care and comfort they deserve.  We also provide drop off service (excluding surgery) for your pet.  We ask that you leave us a contact phone number and be available to answer it at any time, but remember appointments take priority,  it may take several hours or may be toward the end of the day before your pet is ready to go home.  

We strive to provide not only the best medicine but the most convenient service as well. At any time, by appointment, walk-in or  drop off that you need to leave your pet (day boarding excluded) to allow you to run an errand we will keep them  at no extra cost, as long as you are back before 5pm to pick them back up. In the event you cannot make it back we will be happy to keep them for you overnight, standard boarding fees will apply.

 7am – 5:30 pm Monday-Friday    (noon to 1:30  Drs. are not available to see patients)

 7:30am – noon  Saturday

 THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON THE THIRD TUESDAY OF THE MONTH FROM NOON --- 2:00PM FOR STAFF TRAINING.
